We have five cruising schools and six sailing charter fleets on the Great Lakes, and through our affiliates, many more fleets worldwide. Since 1980, Sailboats Inc. has certified over 11,000 bareboat charter captains!

What does bareboat charter yacht training do for you? Simply put, completing sailing charter training allows you to charter (rent) a sailing yacht at any of the many bareboat fleets around the world. With your diploma, you can cruise without the expense of a paid crew and go where you wish.

Our program speeds the beginning boater into the whole world of sailing charter cruising, with a carefully structured series of tightly organized drills and tasks.
